Technical Communication is one of the most important things in the world of business because all transaction that I have been passed through encompasses with what we called technical communication. Like for instance in gathering client, we use to send them a business letter to inform them for the said business meeting; it is also used to send some memos. I also encounter the making of progress report in our product.

Technical communication is in many ways like other forms of communication. To communicate well, you need to be clear and precise. Technical communication, however, uses some tools that are different than what you will find in everyday writing and speaking. This document will guide you in preparing technical documents. I use to make minutes of report after the meeting of the mayors with the councilor. One thing that makes it unique to the other form of communication is that it is formal and we need here to be clear and precise because it deals with a serious matter.

Technical communication, I can describe it as a medium of our communication in our class: simply because Most of the laboratory exercises we make will require my class to turn in some kind of written report or a simple laboratory report. To my student they usually make letter if they are not going to attend the laboratory class, the letter that they make is one form of technical communication: because it promotes formality. Another thing when I graduated, I find that most of my technical communications will be in writing. Being able to effectively communicate in writing is a skill that you can develop now while you were still ones young and studying that will serve you well throughout your professional life.
